コレが昨夜の雨雲レーダーの切り抜き。
本来であれば、昨夜のうちに雨雲は九州に乗って早朝に関東に向かっていたでしょう。
と、６月５日以降の雨雲の進路は、確実に九州に乗って関東を通過することが予想できたワケです。
今回は丁度良いタイミングで、九州に接近する雨雲の進路を阻害するように風が吹いていましたから、
コレを利用しない手は無いのです。
昨夜の段階で、日本の南側から雨雲を吹き下ろして運んでくる風が弱まるように細工しました。
雨雲も台風と同じで風の流れに左右されますから。当たり前ですけど。
ただ雨雲は低い温度の塊で、風よりキメが細かく風の目を縫って移動しますもので、どうしても壁を作って完全に遮断することは出来ません。
ただし、異次元に雨雲を移動（量子テレポート）させてしまう人も居ますから、それはココに該当しません、
これは煽ってるんですからね？（笑）
雨雲は湿った空気の事です。
水色っぽいところは雨もさほど降りません。
緑色ならちょっと雨が降ってるかな・・・程度。
赤がまあまあ雨が降ってるよという解釈をしています。
困るのは雨雲の速度が遅いとか停滞されて水害になることです。
これは何としても避けたいところ。

ボクは気象予報士ではありませんから、天気図なんてわかりません。だから気象予報士のように詳しく説明することはできません。
ただ、生きていると気象に左右されますから、
最低限雨が降る、台風が来る、雪が降るくらいは減少させたり弱めたり、進路をズラしたりする自衛手段は持っているよ。
世界では雨が降り過ぎて(雨雲の停滞)災害になっている国もありますから。
